Kavitha`s Management Scholarship
₹10,000/- is provided to students studying at Kavitha`s Arts and Science College
through the Saraswathi Educational Trust, Students scoring 550 marks or more will get
one semester fee waived, Students scoring 500-549 to provide ₹6000 and Students scoring
450 – 499 to provide one term college fee for free. Our college support for meritorious,
economically weak, physically challenged students, Single parent, providing ₹10,000
covering educational expenses. Targeted at orphans, students who lost parents to COVID-19
and Students from INDIAN ARMED FORCES families receive ₹10,000 for technical
education
Sports scholarships: Sports scholarships at our college providing ₹10,000 and support the
talented athletes and outstanding sportspersons, typically offering tuition fee and sometimes
free boarding. These scholarships generally target sportspersons who have represented their
state or country in recognized national/international competitions.
Must have participated in state, national, or international levels recognized by the
Indian Olympic Association (IOA), Sports Authority of India (SAI), or respective national
sports federations.
Alumni student scholarships: Alumni college student scholarships are generally merit-cummeans based, offering financial aid of ₹10,000 to economically disadvantaged students. This
initiative by the alumni aims to encourage academic excellence and support students in their
educational journey.
Kavitha`s Merit Scholarship: Saraswathi Educational Trust, conducted for Merit-based
scholarship and aptitude tests are eligible students, Based on the results, Management
scholarships are awarded as follows: ₹3000 for the first rank, ₹20,000 for the second rank,
and ₹15,000 for the third rank and providing the Participated student are 10,000.

Post metric Scholarship
Post metric Scholarship for SC/ST and SCC, providing to exceeding ₹5.500 to 10,000
for eligible applicants. Annual family income must be within the government-prescribed limit
(usually ₹2.5 Lakh per annum).
Pudhumai Penn Scheme
The Pudhumai Penn Scheme (Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Higher Education
Assurance Scheme) is a flagship initiative of the Tamil Nadu government launched in
September 2022 to empower girl students from economically weaker sections.
Encouraging girl students to continue their studies providing a monthly cash incentive of
₹1,000 to beneficiaries to pursue undergraduate degrees.
Tamil Pudhalvan
The Tamil Pudhalvan Scheme, launched in August 2024, provides ₹1,000 monthly financial
assistance to male students in Tamil Nadu who studied from Classes 6 to 12 in government or
government-aided schools. It supports higher education directly depositing funds into Aadhaar-linked
bank accounts.
