One of the premier initiatives of the Training and Placement Cell is the residential Employability Training Program, designed for students who are ready to face the challenges of the corporate world. This program is offered completely free of cost, and every student eagerly looks forward to being a part of it. The recruitment training is conducted by professionals, drawing on both in-house resources and experienced trainers from the corporate sector. Training sessions are scheduled during semester breaks, supplemented by crash courses at the start of the campus placement season. In addition, placement classes are held biweekly on a regular schedule, providing structured guidance and continuous practice to students.

KCAS has established a strong rapport with various top industries and academia round the globe.  MoUs with top corporates has enabled in skilling up of our students to a larger extent and in making our graduates employable and industry ready. The companies has extended their mentoring services for our students right from the day they are tagged as KCASians.

Our TPC has tied up with industrial partners in imparting skill based training for students across various disciplines. Our alumni also play a major role in this ecosystem of corporate level training. Students are also encouraged to take up online certification courses on trending techs, getting them equipped with changing industry requirements.

The Training and Placement Cell further serves as a single point of contact for organizations on various industry-institute initiatives, including campus recruitment, industrial training, guest lectures, faculty development programs, and alumni lectures. Beyond placements, the department also provides guidance to students interested in learning foreign languages such as Japanese and Chinese, thereby broadening their global employability prospects.
