Qualifying Examination for First year
A pass in the 10th Standard (SSLC) Examination or any other equivalent qualification
For lateral Entry ( Direct 2nd Year)
A pass in the 12th Standard (HSC) Academic or Vocational ( in relevant trade) or any other equivalent qualification or a Pass in ITI ( 2 years) in related trades.
No Age Limit
Allocation of Seats
Selection shall be made under the merit of the total marks secured in the qualifying examinations following the rules of reservation policy of the Tamilnadu government in force at the time of publication of the selection list.
The following original certificates should be produced at the time of admission to the Principal.
(a) Conduct certificate and Transfer Certificate are in original from the Head of the Educational Institution in which the candidate had last studied
(b) SSLC mark sheet or mark sheet issued by the concerned educational authority for the qualifying examination
(c) Original community certificate for ST /SC / SC(A) / MBC & DNC / BC (Others) /BC (Muslims) from prescribed authority
These certificates shall be returned to the students after the verification are completed for the admission from the Directorate of Technical Education and the certificates Guinness are confirmed from the certificate issued authority.
Fee Structure
The maximum fee structure as per the Government order, as prescribed by the Fee fixation committee for the students admitted during the academic years 2017-18 to 2019-2020
All Diploma courses in Polytechnic Colleges – Rs. 17,500/ Per semester / Per Students
Special Fee Concessions are provided by our Institution from the Maximum fee prescribed to the deserving candidates on the merits of their academic scores and on their family’s financial status.
