Department of Mechanical Engineering

The department of mechanical engineering was started in the year of 2005 with sanctioned intake of 120. a team of well qualified and dedicated faculty members lead the department and its associated activities.

The department has well equipped laboratories enabling the students to apply and verify the fundamentals that they have learned at class rooms. the department emphasizes the process of learning and critical thinking by conducting industrial visits.

The programs in the department are organized according to both disciplinary and inter disciplinary themes. we cover all the core disciplinary areas of mechanical engineering including dynamics, controls, solid mechanics, materials, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, automobile & design and the latest trends in the field.not applied for accreditation by nba.
